Raymont-Osman helped InterVison Global redesign and optimise one of their existing industrial camera systems to improve the ease of manufacture, improve robustness, reduce installation time and allow for offline set-up. This reduces the time required to build and install each unit and improves the ease of servicing and maintenance for InterVision Global's worldwide customers. We also redesigned some of the user serviceable parts so that the updated camera systems can be cleaned and maintained by the customer's maintenance staff in a reduced time and with a decreased number of spares in stock.
Our Mechanical Engineers created both 3D CAD and 2D technical drawings and helped InterVision Global to find high quality suppliers.
