HFQ® Technology is a breakthrough technology enabling the manufacture of lighter, cost-effective structures from high-strength sheet aluminium. Impression Technologies Ltd licenses HFQ® for use in markets including Automotive, Aerospace and Consumer Goods.
Our Designers and Engineers worked with Impression Technologies to develop a promotional product that demonstrates the industrial capabilities of HFQ® Technology. Design ideas were worked through from concept sketches to being ready for production using both the product requirements and the manufacturing process capabilities. 3D prototypes were printed and machined directly from 3D CAD before final design sign-off using full-strength production prototypes.
Our Manufacturing Engineers assisted with the design of the production tooling, including delivering a full suite of tool manufacturing drawings and manufactured components.
