capsunlocked manufacture high-end mechanical keyboards that are accessible for the average PC Gamer and Tech enthusiast. Raymont-Osman's Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers and Electronic Engineers helped capsunlocked to refine the design and get it ready for volume manufacture.
We worked with the capsunlocked team to refine their early-stage designs with consideration for fits and tolerances and how to remove unnecessary cost by optimising the machining process. The casework is milled from billet aluminium and anodised matt black.
Our Electronics Engineers reviewed the PCB design and made subtle changes to improve performance.
The CU7 features 6 mechanical keys with customised switch mechanisms and a 36 stage rotary encoder.
