Whilst Kelly has been quietly working for RO in the background, helping Tom to set up the business in 2014 and on a number of projects since, the team are thrilled to welcome her full-time!
Kelly joins the team as our new Operations Manager in charge of the smooth day-to-day running of the company. She joins us following ten years' experience working as a teacher, seven of which in Leadership roles. Recently, she has cemented her Leadership experience with a Distinction in her MEd in Educational Leadership and Management. She also boasts experience of project management, working for the civil service.
