During manufacturing qualification we look at how your product is made to the required standard and how that can go wrong. We can then put in systems, processes and checks to spot when things go wrong or, even better, stop them going wrong in the first place.
As a result, your products are made and assembled correctly they are still being made correctly even if production problems occur.
