The Springboard Curriculum: Inclusive Special Education in the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1.

The Springboard Curriculum empowers educators to move pupils beyond their current level of development by focusing on the most important aspects of teaching and learning; pupil centred playful interactions, a fun and motivating environment and meaningful assessment. An online educational resource, the Springboard Curriculum provides a framework for integrating therapy and education within Inclusive Early Years and Key Stage 1 settings.

Raymont-Osman worked with the authors to establish a definitive style which could be translated into a tangible and replicable brand language. Using graphic design, the team curated the layout of the online book, developing a general design theme which could be used in future books to enable continuity. Designers at RO worked closely with the authors to translate their hand-drawings into tables, assessment frameworks and scoring matrixes. Requirements included ensuring an easily comprehendible, readable format which would appear to time-poor teachers and practitioners.
